Make the list

From a pile of signups to a tight running order — in seconds.

Signups land in the pool as artists tap in. Drag them into the lineup, bump set times, mark who's on deck, keep alternates ready. Or hit Auto-build — bucket draw, points, or signup order — and tweak from there.

Fair by the numbers

Keep a busy mic as fair as it can be.

Stagetime tracks who's up and who's been skipped. Artists sign up and earn points for showing up — and points for getting passed over — so a packed list stays fair on its own. Run it first-come, by the bucket, or by the points; the tracking runs underneath all of them.

Points & fairness

The thing we do best: every artist earns points for showing up — and gets bumped up when they’ve been skipped. So the people who keep coming back rise to better slots automatically, and nobody quietly gets buried week after week.

Run the room

Run the whole night from one screen.

This is the actual host screen — tap to start a set, advance to the next artist, or jump back, and the big clock the room sees updates instantly. Put it on a laptop at the back, a tablet on the stand, or run it from your phone.

The real host view, running on sample data — tap the controls and watch the clock move.

Set-Clip · tapes, fast

Do you record your shows? Stop spending hours cutting tapes.

Welcome to the future. Set-Clip turns the long recording you already capture into every artist's set — automatically — without anyone at the venue learning an editor or burning a Monday morning on exports.

It all runs on your computer

Set-Clip transcribes the night right on your own machine, finds each performer by name — using the set times from the show — and cuts their tape automatically. No editor, no render farm, no uploading hours of footage anywhere.

Priced your way

We charge $2 per tape we cut. Mark it up and keep the difference, or give them away free. Either way the artist pays the platform fee, not you — your mic stays free.

Never held in the cloud

Tapes stay on your computer — we never store them. When an artist requests theirs, we cut just their set, from your machine, and put it online only long enough for them to download. Then it's gone.

Free, always.
Move your mic over.

Hosting your open mic on Stagetime costs nothing — now and forever. The only money on the table is an artist buying their own tape, and you keep a cut of that. No catch, no per-show fee, no clipboard.
