• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
• Create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Scrape, spider, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Use automated systems (bots) to interact with the Service without authorization

Venue operators are responsible for:

• Accurate venue information and scheduling
• Fair and transparent performer selection processes
• Compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
• Proper use of ban functionality (only for legitimate safety/conduct reasons)
• Maintaining appropriate business licenses and permits for their venues

Your Content: You retain ownership of content you upload (profile information, photos, bios). By uploading content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Our Content: The Service, including its design, features, and functionality, is owned by StageTime and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

We collect and process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to such processing and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

We implement reasonable security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the Service at your own risk.

DISCLAIMER: THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, STAGETIME AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

StageTime is not responsible for:

• Disputes between performers and venues
• Event cancellations or schedule changes
• Quality or accuracy of venue information
• Actions or conduct of users or venue operators
• Any damages arising from use of the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of material changes to these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
